Emerging Power Quality Problems and State of The Art Solutions T HIS SPECIAL SECTION is intended to address emerging power quality problems due to integration of largescale photovoltaic and wind systems, concepts of smart grid, vehicle to grid, increased reliance on power electronic devices/equipment in residential, commercial and industrial domains, etc. Further, it aims at providing advanced solutions to overcome those power quality problems using active power filters, distributed generators and electric vehicles as ancillary services. All researchers working in this area are encouraged to submit their papers with latest results to this Special Section. Editors invite original manuscripts presenting recent advances in these fields with special reference to the following topics:
